摘要
[目的/意义]将区块链引入互联网金融犯罪情报共享应用中,旨在依托分布式账本、非对称加密、时间戳等技术打破互联网金融犯罪情报共享部门间的信息壁垒,提升共享情报的安全性和可追溯性,解决互联网金融犯罪情报共享部门间的利益冲突和信任缺失难题。[方法/过程]结合区块链基本原理和技术特点,构建基于多链式区块链的互联网金融犯罪情报共享模型,对模型的架构、数据及存储结构、业务智能合约、权限管理与身份认证机制进行详细设计,并对其运行流程和特点进行分析。[结果/结论]情报共享模型不仅从技术上有效解决了互联网金融犯罪情报共享的困境,而且可以降低成本,提升吞吐量和响应速度,为实现高效、安全、可信的互联网金融犯罪情报共享提供新的理论框架和应用范式。
[Purpose/Significance]Blockchain was applied to the application of Internet financial criminal intelligence sharing to break the information barrier between Internet financial criminal intelligence sharing departments by means of the Blockchain technology advantages of distributed ledger,asymmetric encryption,time stamp and other technologies.The Internet financial criminal intelligence sharing model could improve the security and traceability of intelligence sharing data,and solve the interest conflict and lack of trust problems of inter department Internet financial criminal intelligence sharing.[Method/Process]Combining with the principle and technical characteristics of Blockchain,this paper constructed a multi-blockchain based internet financial criminal intelligence sharing model,designed the data model architecture,business intelligent contract,authority management and identity authentication mechanism,data storage structure and operation process in detail,and analyzed its characteristics.[Result/Conclusion]The information sharing model constructed in this paper not only effectively solves the dilemma of Internet financial crime intelligence sharing,but also reduces the cost,improves the throughput and response speed,and provides a new theoretical framework and application paradigm for the realization of efficient,safe and credible Internet financial crime intelligence sharing.
