国外高校图书馆数字学术服务调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on Digital Academic Services in Foreign University Libraries

[目的/意义]数字学术服务是高校图书馆服务创新的重要举措。通过对国外高校图书馆数字学术服务现状进行深入调研,能为国内高校图书馆数字学术服务理论与实践提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献调研和网络调查的方法,对国外36所高校图书馆数字学术服务进行调查分析,调查内容包括数字学术空间、数字人文服务、科学数据服务、学术交流与数字出版、数字学术研讨与培训、数字科研工具、数字技术支持服务等。[结果/结论]借鉴国外高校图书馆数字学术服务经验,国内高校图书馆数字学术服务可以从建立专门的数字学术服务部门、重视用户需求驱动数字学术服务体系的构建、强化多元化跨界合作机制的建设等方面深化数字学术服务发展。

[Purpose/Significance]Digital academic service is an important measure of service innovation of university library.The article adopts the in-depth investigation of the current situation of digital academic service in foreign university libraries,it can provide reference for the theory and practice of digital academic service in domestic university libraries.[Method/Process]Using the methods of literature research and network survey,this article investigates the digital academic services of 36 foreign university libraries,including digital academic space,digital humanities services,scientific data services,academic exchanges and digital publishing,digital academic seminars and training,digital research tools,digital technology support services,etc.[Result/Conclusion]The article learns from the experience of digital academic services of foreign university libraries,the development of digital academic services in domestic academic libraries can be deepened from the following aspects:establishing specialized digital academic service departments,paying attention to the construction of digital academic service system driven by user demand,and building diversified cross-border cooperation mechanism.
