为什么少数民族大学生获得更高的教育满意度——体验还是增值? 被引量:1

Why Ethnic College Students Can Get Higher Educational Satisfaction——Feelings or Increase in Value?

摘要 "双一流"建设明确了民族高校内涵式发展方向,学生的满意度评价成为衡量高等教育质量的核心。本研究结合服务质量感知模型(SERVPERF)和满意度模型(EPSI)构建高等教育满意度模型,分析民族高校学生满意度的影响路径及关系,并以民族属性为调节变量进行调节效应检验。研究结果显示学生对现有高等教育满意度处于较高水平,少数民族学生对教育服务的评价和满意度要显著高于汉族学生;学生个人发展增值比教育感知体验对满意度的影响更大,中介效应检验结果表明学生对教育服务的感知体验最终通过实现个人发展增值来影响满意度评价。基于此,建议民族高校树立高等教育服务理念,构建需求导向的高等教育质量保障体系,将学生的需求和期望作为质量提升的依据,在教育质量提升方向上特别关注少数民族学生的感知结构和增值方向,协调不同学生群体的满意度影响关系与结构,全面提升教育服务质量。 The construction of "double first-class"makes clear the development direction of the connotation of ethnic colleges and universities. This study combines service quality perception model( SERVPERF) and satisfaction model( EPSI) to construct higher education satisfaction model,and analyzes the influence path and relationship of student satisfaction in ethnic colleges and universities,followed by taking the ethnic attribute to adjust the variable to test the adjustment effect. The results show that students ’satisfaction with the existing higher education is high,and the evaluation and satisfaction of ethnic students towards educational services is significantly higher than that of Han students. The increase in value of students’ personal development has more influence on satisfaction than educational perception feelings. The results of intermediary effect test show that students’ perceived experience of educational services ultimately affects the evaluation of satisfaction through the realization of personal development improvement. Based on this,the article suggested that ethnic colleges and universities to establish the concept of higher education service and construct a demand-oriented higher education quality assurance system,and to take students’ needs and expectations as the basis for quality improvement. Addressing the improvement of the quality of education,we should pay special attention to the perceptual structure and improvement direction of ethnic students,coordinate the relationship and structure of satisfaction of different student groups,and improve the quality of educational service in an all-round way.
