摘要
民族文化进校园是推动中华优秀传统文化传承与创新的重要载体和形式,也是促进各民族交往交流交融,实现各民族优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的重要推动力,对铸牢中华民族共同体意识、促进民族团结进步教育具有积极作用。然而,民族文化进校园在实施过程中出现诸多问题,其中一个重要原因是"教育尺度"的缺失。新时代民族文化进校园应同时满足四个基本的教育尺度:知识科学尺度、公民身份尺度、文化民主尺度和个体心理尺度。知识科学尺度,即知识内容上保持地方性知识和普遍性科学精神的通融,批判性地对地方性知识进行文化选择;公民身份尺度,即认识和思考文化与国家之间的价值关系,建立起各民族文化与中华民族文化之间的文化关联;文化民主尺度,即各民族文化主体之间应保持开放式的对话,平等自由地沟通交流;个体心理尺度,即各民族文化需要与时俱进,与新时代同步,获得民族儿童的接纳。从整体上把握好这四个基本的教育尺度,是推进和落实新时代民族文化进校园的关键。
The introduction of ethnic culture into the campus is an important agent and form to promote the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional culture. It is also an important driving force to promote the exchange of all ethnic groups and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture of all ethnic groups. It plays a positive role in strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community and promoting the education of national unity and progress. However,there are emerging problems addressing the introduction of ethnic culture into the campus,among which one of the major reasons being the lack of educational dimension. From the perspective of Confucianism’s "Zhong He Wei Yu",the vision of ethnic culture entering campus should not only focus on individual,group and country,but also enjoy a human perspective. In the new era,four basic educational standards should be met when ethnic culture being introduced into campus: knowledge and science dimension, citizenship role dimension,culture democracy dimension and individual psychology dimension. Knowledge and science dimension refers to the maintaining of local knowledge and universal scientific spirit in knowledge content,and to critically select local knowledge for culture;citizenship dimension is to understand and think about the value relationship between culture and the state,and to establish the cultural connection between individual ethnic culture and the Chinese national culture;cultural democracy dimension is to maintain an open dialogue between the cultural subjects of all ethnic groups so that they could communicate equally and freely;the individual psychological dimension refers to the ethnic culture needs to progress along with the changing of time,which can attain children’s acceptance. It is the key to promote and implement the introduction of ethnic culture into campus through attaining these four above-mentioned basic educational dimensions as a whole.
