全敞式牲畜运输船围栏总段吊装设计

全敞式方案左右通透的特点使得该型牲畜运输船框架结构很少,自身结构强度较弱。文章通过制作专用吊梁,依靠吊梁自身刚性,抵消吊装时围栏总段的变形量,并利用有限元计算软件,对吊梁及总段本身进行结构强度校核及变形计算,使得设计的吊梁满足吊装要求。

The full open scheme has the characteristics of left and right penetration,which makes the frame structure of the livestock transport ship very few and its own structure strength weak.By making special suspension beam,relying on the rigidity of the suspension beam itself,the deformation of the total section of the fence during hoisting is offset,and the structural strength check and deformation calculation of the suspension beam and the total section itself are carried out by using the finite element calculation software.Make the designed suspension beam meet the hoisting requirements.
