摘要
固定支架是支撑热力排气管道的核心部件,其承载强度直接影响管道的安全使用。文章介绍了船用高温高压管道中固定支架的受力计算方法,获取实际工况中固定支架的受力情况,并利用ANSYS对固定支架进行有限元分析。结果表明,主机满载工况下,固定支架板厚为14mm时所受最大应力为256 MPa,小于支架材料15CrMoR的屈服强度,满足使用要求。
Fixed support is the core component of thermal exhaust pipe,and its bearing strength directly affects the safe use of pipeline.A method of calculating the force of the fixed support in the marine high temperature and high pressure pipeline is introduced in this paper.The results show that the maximum stress when the plate thickness of the fixed support is 14 mm is 256 MPa,less than the yield strength of 15 CrMoR of the support material,which meets the requirements of use.
