环境模拟法庭是法学实践教学体系的重要组成部分,作为一门课程,其设计内容包括教学环节、评价体系、成果验收三个方面。教学环节设计包括案例筛选与角色分配阶段设计、专业教师“扮演角色”之定位、模拟对抗阶段设计;评价体系设计包括专业教师教学评价、选课学生评价标准、实践教学实施效果评价;成果验收设计包括教学成果验收指标量化、验收方式与信息反馈。环境模拟法庭实践教学对学生法律实践能力培养具有重要意义,有助于推动模拟法庭教学方式的改革和创新。

Moot court for environmental law is an important component of the practical teaching system for law majors.As a course,its design and content include teaching,evaluation system,and teaching achievement acceptance.The teaching design includes case selection and role assignment,teacher’s guidance of“role playing”,simulation of adversarial stage.The design of evaluation system includes teachers’teaching activity evaluation,registered students'evaluation standard,practical teaching effect evaluation.The design of achievement acceptance evaluation includes teaching achievement acceptance methods and result feedback.The teaching model of moot court for environmental law significantly facilitates the cultivation of students’practical ability and it can also promote the reform and innovation of the teaching model of moot court for environmental law.
