挥发性有机化合物作为泌尿系恶性肿瘤诊治标志物的研究进展

Research Progress of Volatile Organic Compounds as Markers for Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological Malignancies

泌尿系恶性肿瘤患者近年来逐渐增多,早期诊治常可获得较好的临床预后。挥发性有机化合物是一组小分子代谢物,通过气相的形式在呼吸、汗液、血液、尿液和粪便中释放和被检测到,并且携带着人体生理和代谢状态的有用信息,其作为人体"气味指纹"常用于评估健康状况,以及疾病的筛查、诊断和治疗。全文就近年来将挥发性有机化合物作为泌尿系恶性肿瘤诊治标志物的研究进展进行综述,以期为代谢组学筛选泌尿系恶性肿瘤代谢标志物的相关研究提供参考依据。

Patients with urological malignancies have been increasing gradually in recent years,and early diagnosis and treatment of patients can often have the better clinical prognosis.Volatile organic compounds,a group of small molecule metabolites,are released and detected in breath,sweat,blood,urine and feces in the form of gas phase,which carry the key information about the physiological and metabolic status of human body.As a"odor fingerprints"of human body,volatile organic compounds are often used to evaluate the health conditions,diseases screening,diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the recent research progress on the use of volatile organic compounds as markers in the diagnosis and treatment of urological malignancies,to provide reference for screening metabolic markers of urological malignancies.
