肿瘤专科医院特需门诊新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情常态化防控管理实践分析

Regular Epidemic Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in Special Consultation Department of the Cancer Hospital

[目的]分享中国医学科学院肿瘤医院特需门诊在新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称:新冠肺炎)疫情背景下常态化安全防控管理运营的经验与体会。[方法]针对疫情期间特需门诊的防护配备及人员管理、出诊管理、患者就医及流程管理等各个环节,结合中国医学科学院肿瘤医院特需门诊运营实际,分析常态化防控安全管理中的重点、难点及应对措施。[结果]实施特需门诊新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控管理后,中国医学科学院肿瘤医院通过严格执行预防消毒措施,保障了医务人员与患者的安全;通过改进坐诊制度,合理调配专家出诊单元,满足了患者的就医需求;通过实现就诊流程优化,全面实施网络预约制,增加网络公益门诊,一定程度上解决了预约号源的爽约问题,避免了人员的聚集,做到了防控、就医两不误。[结论]在公共安全卫生事件突发时,特需门诊在保障患者就诊的同时,应不断调整就诊渠道,完善诊疗策略,严格遵守常态化防控流程,保障来诊患者及在诊专家的安全,在制度范围内最大限度满足患者的就诊需求。

[Purpose]To share the experience of the regular epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 in special consultation department of the Cancer Hospital.[Methods]The key points,difficulties and countermeasures in the routine prevention and control practice of COVID-19 were analyzed in the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,in terms of protective equipment,personnel management,outpatient management,medical treatment and procedures.[Results]With the strict implementation of a series of measures,the hospital has ensured the safety of medical staff and patients.Through the system improvement,the specialists in various fields were appropriately allocated to meet the special needs of patients;through the optimizing online appointment system and online consultation,the crowding and gathering in outpatient clinics were avoided,and the epidemic prevention and control during medical consultation was achieved.[Conclusion]During the outbreak of the epidemic,special consultation department should strictly follow the regular epidemic prevention and control to ensure the safety of the patients and doctors to the utmost extent.
