化学专业本科生的科研启蒙与科研创新能力培养 被引量:1

摘要 随着新时代的发展,科研创新能力的培养在高等教育中的重要性日益突出,作为高等教育主体的本科生毫无疑问成为科研创新能力培养的新生力量。文章以湖北科技学院化学专业为例,提出通过搭建具有高水平的科研教师人才梯队,建立开放的实验平台,实行实验教学改革,发挥导师的引领作用,能有效地进行科研启蒙,从而提高大学生的科研创新能力。 With the development of the new era,the importance of the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability in higher education is becoming increasingly prominent.As the main body of higher education,undergraduates undoubtedly become the new force of scientific research innovation ability training.Taking Hubei University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper proposes that through the establishment of a high-level scientific research teacher talent echelon,the establishment of an open experimental platform,the implementation of experimental teaching reform,the play of the leading role of the tutor,can effectively carry out scientific research enlightenment,thus improving the scientific research innovation ability of college students.
