摘要
非研究性实验室内部质量控制的方法有不同人员比对,有证标样的测定结果比较等,而对于重复性限和再现性限,可以说有点陌生。HJ 535—2009《水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法》标准中给出了重复性限和再现性限两个术语,文章就纳氏试剂法测定水质氨氮中重复性限和再现性限进行了试验验证,同时得出验证重复性限和再现性限也可以作为实验室内部质量控制的方法之一。
There are many methods ofinternal quality control in non research laboratories,for example:compared by different persons,the results of certified standard samples and so on.While the limits of repeatability and reproducibility are a little strange.The standard of HJ 535—2009“Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen by Nessler’s Reagent Spectrophoto-metry”gives two terms:repeatability limit and reproduceibility limit.In this paper,the repeatability limit and reproducibility limit in the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water quality by Nessler’s regent method are tested and verified.
