摘要
通过对某塑胶企业聚氨酯(PU)合成革、聚氯乙烯(PVC)合成革、工程塑胶粒生产过程中的职业病危害因素、危害程度以及职业健康检查中发现的问题进行分析,为加强企业职业病防护设施和职业健康监护提出防护对策与措施。按照职业卫生调查法、工程分析法和检测检验法对各岗位接触职业病危害因素的接触水平以及职业健康检查结果做出评价。该企业存在的职业病危害因素有其他粉尘、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯、异丙醇、丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、高温,现场采样检测结果显示,部分岗位二甲基甲酰胺检测浓度超过国家职业接触限值;职业健康检查中发现二甲基甲酰胺类、苯类职业禁忌证患者。配料区、涂布区是其关键控制点,企业应重点加强二甲基甲酰胺和苯的防护。
Through the analysis of occupational hazards,level and occupational medical examinations in the production of polyurethane(PU)synthetic leather,polyvinyl chloride(PVC)synthetic leather,and engineering plastic pellets in a plastic enterprise,combined with the problems found in the investigations,we discussed the corresponding engineering control and management measures,and put forward protective countermeasures for strengthening the enterprise’s occupational disease protection facilities and occupational health monitoring.Through occupational health investigation methods,engineering analysis methods,and inspectionmethods,evaluated the level of exposure to occupational hazards and the results of occupational medical examinations.Theoccupational hazards included resin dust,dimethylformamide,ethyl acetate,isopropanol,acetone,butanone,cyclohexanone,benzene,toluene,xylene,noise,heat stress,etc.concentration ofdimethylformamide in some sites exceeded the occupational exposure limit.In the occupational medical examinations,patients with occupational contraindications of dimethylformamide and benzene were found.Batching area and coating area are critical control points,the enterprise should focus on strengthening the protection of dimethyl formamide and benzene.
