摘要
为了研究聚丙烯复合材料中色粉对激光打标的作用,需要通过熔融共混、注塑成型制备复合材料样板,采用色差仪评价了标记板激光打标前后明暗度的变化和打标前后色差的变化。基于此文章对色粉对聚丙烯复合材料激光打标的作用进行研究,分析了不同色粉含量对激光打标效果的影响,最终发现少量添加可减弱激光打标效果,单炭黑含量越高,打标效果越差。
In order to study the effect of toner on laser marking of polypropylene composite,the composite template needs to be prepared by melt blending and injection molding.The color difference meter is used to evaluate the change of light and shade before and after laser marking and the change of color difference before and after laser marking.Based on this,this paper studies the effect of toner on the laser marking of polypropylene composites,analyzes the influence of different toner content on the laser marking effect,and finally finds that a small amount of addition can weaken the laser marking effect.The higher the content of carbon black,the worse is the marking effect.
