Safety and Environmental Risk Assessment of Butanol Distillation Process

中国化工生产行业近年来发展较为迅猛,而化工系统生产过程中各环节的环境较为恶劣,安全管理难度较大。丁醇是一种应用较为普遍的化工产品,在丁醇生产中精馏过程存在诸多安全隐患。文章就丁醇精馏工艺进行了分析,而后介绍了精馏丁醇过程中的主要危险物,并就其安全控制与环境风险分析评价进行了探讨。

China’s chemical production industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but the environment of each link in the production process of chemical system is relatively bad,and the safety management is difficult.Butanol is a kind of chemical product which is widely used,and there are many safety hidden dangers in the rectification process of butanol production.This paper analyzes the butanol rectification process,and then introduces the main problems in the rectification process of butanol.In addition,the safety control and environmental risk assessment are discussed.
