化工设备检修中的安全隐患与应对措施

Potential Safety Hazard and Countermeasures in Maintenance of Chemical Equipment

目前,社会生产力的不断更新换代,中国化工企业也有了新的发展和创新,对于化工企业而言,化工生产设备是企业生产的动力。化工生产设备出现问题,需要技术检修人员对化工设备进行维护与检修,保证化工设备能够安全稳定的运行。文章从化工设备检修的意义、化工设备在生产过程中易出现的故障、化工机械设备检修中的常见问题的解决措施方面进行分析和研究。

Nowadays,with the continuous upgrading of social productive forces,chemical enterprises in China have also developed and innovated.For chemical enterprises,chemical production equipment is the driving force of enterprise production.Technical maintenance personnel are needed to maintain and overhaul chemical equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical equipment.In this paper,the significance of chemical equipment maintenance,chemical equipment in the production process prone to failure,chemical machinery equipment maintenance in the solution of common problems are analyzed and studied.
