摘要
文章借助三维造型软件对输气场站常用过滤分离设备进行了三维建模,并同有限元分析软件相结合,找出特定工况下应力集中处以及最大危险位置;同时对壁厚减薄情况进行模拟,找出了到达屈服极限时的最小运行参数,并提出了相应的解决方案。
In this paper,the three-dimensional models of common used filtering and separating equipments in gas transmission station are built,through the use of 3D modeling software.And according to the combination of finite element analysis software,the stress concentration and the most dangerous position is found out under specific condition.Meanwhile,through the simulation of wall thickness thinning,the minimum operating parameter is found when the filtering and separating equipments get to yielding limit.Corresponding solutions are also proposed.
