This paper mainly discusses the role of contract management in offshore oil and gas engineering project management.This study provides a theoretical basis for this paper by consulting relevant literature.This paper expounds the influencing factors of offshore oil and gas engineering project management,and puts forward the details of the need to improve contract management,and proposes two contents of contract management and risk assessment to establish a management system.It provides an effective guarantee for the development of the project.
