摘要
设计基于物联网技术的物理实验室环境安全监控系统,包括物理实验室环境信息采集模块、数据采集模块、环境信息触发模块、数据存储模块和输出硬件接口模块。采用上位机平台实现物理实验室环境安全监控信息传输,构建传感器模块和信号联合调理模块实现对物理实验室环境信息特征分析,构建高频率数据信息处理模块。通过可编程的逻辑处理器,实现对物理实验室环境安全监控和优化控制。测试结果表明,设计的监控系统收敛误差较小,数据记录性能较好。
A physical laboratory environmental safety monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology is designed, including physical laboratory environmental information acquisition module, data acquisition module, physical laboratory environmental information trigger module, and data storage module and output hardware interface module based on Internet of Things. The upper computer platform is adopted to realize information communication of physical laboratory environmental safety monitoring, and the sensor module and signal joint conditioning module are constructed to realize analysis of physical laboratory environmental information characteristics, and the high-frequency data information processing module is constructed. Through the programmable logic processor, the physical laboratory environment safety monitoring and optimization control are realized. The test results show that the convergence error of the designed physical laboratory environment safety monitoring system is small and the data recording performance is better.
