为了使珠三角城际铁路信号系统更好地满足新形势下城际铁路运输需求,梳理珠三角城际铁路运维模式、路网延伸、ATO技术发展等内、外部变化情况,分析运维条件及运营需求变化对既有信号系统功能及设置方案的影响,对比珠三角城际ATO技术与新技术的差异,并在此基础上对珠三角城际铁路信号系统技术发展方向进行探讨。对珠三角城际铁路既有信号系统在运营调度管理方面提高运行图管理、提升运营调整能力、扩展调度管辖范围,ATO方面提升折返作业自动化水平、扩展ATO应用场景、调整ATO实现方案,系统设备配置方面结合运营维护管理特点进行调整等的改进或调整建议,为其适应新的内外发展形势进行有效的探索,也为类似市域铁路信号系统的设置方案提供借鉴。

In order to make the signaling system of Pearl River Delta intercity railway(PRD Railway)meet the transportation requirement under the new situation,this article sorts out the inside and outside changes to the PRD railway such as operation and maintenance mode,extension of railway network,ATO technology development,etc.The article analyses the impact on the function requirement and configuration scheme of the existing signaling system caused by the changes of operation and maintenance method,and the changes of the operation requirement,compares the differences between existing and new signaling technology,and investigates the technical development direction of PRD Railway signaling system based on the analysis and comparison.The article provides improvements and modification suggestions to the existing signaling system of PRD Railway,which include enhancing the management ability of railway operation plan and the adjustment ability of traffic,extending the management limit to dispatching management function,improving the automatic level of reversing function,expanding the application scenario and modifying the implementation method in terms of ATO function,and adjusting the signaling system and equipment configuration according to the features of the operation and maintenance,etc.It conducts effective exploration to adapt the signaling system to the new inside and outside changes,and provides references for preparing similar intercity signaling system schemes.
