摘要 以工业自动化控制技术为核心的数据采集、控制系统、联网通讯为基础,设计高端商用车整车安全性能检测自动化控制系统,重点是对车辆在线通讯诊断与设备自动化控制、信息共享联网通讯等重要环节的设计。在传统检测项目的基础上,融合了高端重型车智能配置的检测项目,控制系统自动化,车辆在线通讯诊断,测量精度、灵敏度、系统稳定性均优于传统的汽车检测线的技术水平,满足新法规要求和工艺要求,经济实用。 With the industrial automation control technology as the core of the data acquisition,control system,network communication as the basis,the high-end commercial vehicle safety performance detection automation control system is designed,with the key point is the design of on-line communication diagnosis,automatic control of equipment,information sharing,networking and communication.Based on traditional detection projects,the control system integrates detection items of intelligent configuration of high-end heavy vehicles,automation of control system and online communication diagnosis of vehicles.The measurement accuracy,sensitivity and system stability are better than the traditional automobile detection line technology level,which meets the new regulations and process requirements,and has economic and practical benefits.
