摘要
在船舶航行中,曲臂差的大小直接影响船舶运行稳定性。文章针对某船主机曲臂差超差的现象,通过多次调整主机隔振装置的方法,实现了各曲柄在垂直方向和水平方向的曲臂差都处于合理范围内的目标。
In the navigation of a ship,the magnitude of the crank arm difference directly affects the stability of the ship’s operation.Aiming at the phenomenon that the crank arm difference of the main engine of a ship is out of tolerance,the method of adjusting the vibration isolation device of the main engine several times has realized that each crank is in the vertical direction.The difference between the crank arm and the horizontal direction is within a reasonable range.
