摘要
旋转试验用于核查FPSO单点系泊系统的建造精度和完工状态,贯穿整个单点集成阶段。单点系泊系统对尺寸精度控制要求很高,下塔体、管汇平台、塔架各部分单独建造阶段以及总装集成到FPSO船体的阶段,各个环节都需要严格的尺寸精度控制;轴承、滑环等关键设备支撑的预制精度、机加工精度以及设备安装精度要求极高,以上精度控制是否满足要求都需要相应的旋转试验验证。文章基于在建的流花16-2 FPSO单点系泊系统,对旋转试验工艺进行了全面阐述,可为今后类似单点系泊系统的旋转试验工作提供借鉴。
The rotating test is used to verify the construction accuracy and completion status of the FPSO single-point mooring system throughout the entire single-point integration stage.The single-point mooring system has very high requirements for dimensional accuracy control.The lower tower,manifold platform,and tower are separately constructed during the separate construction phase and the final assembly is integrated into the FPSO hull.Each link requires strict dimensional accuracy control.The prefabrication accuracy,machining accuracy and equipment installation accuracy of key equipment support such as rings are extremely high.Whether the above accuracy control meets the requirements requires corresponding rotation test verification.The article is based on the Liuhua 16-2 FPSO single-point mooring system under construction.A comprehensive description of the rotation test technology can provide a reference for future rotation test work of similar single-point mooring systems.
