摘要
针对在有限的机床空间环境下对滚动直线导轨副进行性能检测的问题,提出了一种基于应变式传感器的滚动直线导轨副负载力的测量系统方案。通过有限元仿真分析应变片最佳粘贴位置,设计小体积、低功耗的自动调零电路、信号调理电路,微处理器控制其ADC模块采集输出结果并对采集到的电压进行转换、计算,得到滑块上的加载情况。该测量系统在不影响滚动直线导轨副机械性能的基础上与滚动直线导轨副的结构集成,通过试验测试及数据分析,证明设计的负载力测量系统满足精度要求,具有重要研究价值。
Aiming at the problem of performance testing of rolling linear guide pair in the limited space environment,a system for measuring the load force of rolling linear guides based on strain sensors is proposed.Through the finite element simulation analysis of the best sticking position of the strain gauges,small-sized,low-power automatic zeroing circuit and signal conditioning circuit is designed,the microprocessor controls its ADC module to collect output results and convert and calculate the voltage,getting the load on the slider.The measurement system is integrated with the structure of the rolling linear guide pair on the basis of not affecting the mechanical performance of the rolling linear guide pair.Through experimental testing and data analysis,it is proved that the designed load force measurement system meets the accuracy requirement and has important research value.
