摘要
热重分析仪是一种利用热重法检测物质温度-质量变化关系的仪器。根据JJG 1135-2017《热重分析仪》检定规程,给出了具有差热信号和不具有差热信号的热重分析仪质量、温度示值误差不确定度评定和计算方法。
Thermogravimetric analyzer is a kind of instrument which uses thermogravimetry to detect the relationship between temperature and mass.According to JJG 1135-2017"Thermogravimetric Analyzer"verification regulation,the evaluation and calculation method of uncertainty of thermogravimetric analyzer quality and temperature indication error are given.
