阿奇霉素联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童肺炎效果分析

Effect analysis of azithromycin combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium on pneumonia children

目的探讨阿奇霉素与阿莫西林克拉维酸钾(Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium,ACP)联合使用治疗儿童肺炎的疗效及安全性评价。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月来本院就诊的肺炎患儿84例,随机分为试验组和对照组各42例。两组均接受常规治疗,对照组使用ACP治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用阿奇霉素。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、肺功能、炎症因子及不良反应。结果治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,各临床症状消失时间早于对照组,各项肺功能指标高于对照组,白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素与阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合使用能更快缓解临床症状,发挥更好治疗效果,安全性较好。

Objective To explore the effect of azithromycin combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium(ACP)on pneumonia children.Methods A total of 84 pneumonia children who were treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups underwent routine treatment.The control group was treated with ACP,while experimental group was treated with ACP and azithromycin.The curative effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in experimental was earlier than that in control group,pulmonary function indexes were higher than those in control group,levels of interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of azithromycin and ACP can relieve clinical symptoms more quickly,and exert better curative effect,with relatively better safety.
