摘要
目的分析控制心率对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动耐量的影响。方法选择本院2020年6月至2020年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者83例,分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=42)。对照组患者接受常规运动管理,观察组患者在常规运动管理基础上进行控制心率。比较两组患者运动耐量、肺功能、生存质量和呼吸困难情况。结果治疗后,两组患者6min步行试验、峰功率较治疗前增加,观察组患者6min步行试验、峰功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FEV 1较治疗前升高,FVE_(1)/FVC较治疗前增加;观察组患者FEV 1高于对照组(P<0.05),FVE_(1)/FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者日常工作能力、社会活动能力评分较治疗前增加,观察组患者日常工作能力、社会活动能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者呼吸困难、乏力和自我控制评分较治疗前升高,观察组患者呼吸困难、乏力和自我控制评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论控制心率能提升慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的运动耐量和生存质量,改善肺功能和呼吸困难,推荐使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of heart rate control on exercise tolerance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty-three patients with COPD in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups.Control group received routine exercise management,while observation group received routine exercise management combined with heart rate control.Then the exercise tolerance,pulmonary function,quality of life and dyspnea were compared between groups.Results The 6minute walking test and maximal work rate were increased in both groups after treatment,and were higher in observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV 1 and FVE_(1)/FVC increased in both groups,and observation group had higher FEV 1 and FVE_(1)/FVC than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the daily work ability and social activity ability scores increased in both groups,and were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the dyspnea,fatigue and self-control scores increased in both groups,and were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart rate control for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life,and ameliorate the lung function and dyspnea,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
