摘要
针对海底管道铺设中起始缆解开耗费时间和设备较多的问题,设计了一种起始缆自动脱扣装置,可以提升施工效率80%左右。为了保证起始缆脱扣装置能够正常完成脱扣动作,根据设计状态建立了该装置的ADAMS动力学仿真模型,进行了动力学仿真,根据仿真结果对起始缆脱扣装置的设计状态进行了优化并进行仿真,优化后的仿真结果显示,起始缆脱扣装置能够在设计负载的情况下正常完成脱扣动作。
In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and more equipment for starting cable release in submarine pipeline laying,an automatic starting cable release device was designed,which can improve the construction efficiency by 80%.In order to ensure that the starting cable tripping device can normally complete the tripping action,the ADAMS dynamic simulation model of the device was established according to the design state,and the dynamic simulation was carried out.According to the simulation results,the design state of the starting cable tripping device was optimized and simulated.The optimized simulation results show that the starting cable tripping device can complete tripping action under the design load.
