摘要 轻烃回收通过提高加工深度,增加轻烃资源的回收率,以提高天然气资源的经济价值,降低资源损耗,同时减少对空气的污染,已成为油气田节能减排的重要措施。结合南海某FPSO投产项目,介绍船型FPSO小型LPG回收工艺流程,着重介绍了相关设备布置设计特点及要点,防火隔离设计论证手段,适应船型FPSO特征的布置设计方案,以及FPSO上部组块设施布置针对LPG系统设备进行的特殊考虑。随着深水和边际油气田的开发建设以及回收LPG所产生的经济和环境效益,FPSO小型LPG回收技术将具有良好的应用前景。 Light hydrocarbon recovery by improving the processing depth to increase the recovery rate of light hydrocarbon resources,improve the economic value of natural gas resources and reduce air pollution has become an important measure of energy conservation and emission reduction in oil and gas fields.Combined with a FPSO commissioning project in the South China Sea,this paper introduces the small LPG recovery process of ship-shaped type FPSO,focusing on the design features and key points of relevant equipment layout,the demonstration means of fire prevention and isolation design,layout design suitable for ship-shaped type FPSO and the special consideration of LPG system equipment for the topside facilities of FPSO.With the development and construction of deepwater and marginal oil and gas fields and the economic and environmental benefits gained from LPG recovery,the FPSO small LPG recovery technology has a good application prospect.
