摘要
管道缠绕带补强修复技术已在国内陆地油气管道得到广泛应用,但由于海底管道特殊的水下和海底环境,该技术尚未在国内海底管道应用。某海底管道因存在外腐蚀缺陷拟进行水下补强修复。为了验证水下缠绕带补强修复技术在海底管道实施和应用的可靠性和可行性,针对影响该技术现场实施和应用效果的关键因素开展相关的试验检测和试制验证研究。结果表明:该海底管道拟采用的水下缠绕带补强修复技术的原材料性能、黏结剂与钢管和缠绕带的搭接强度、水下施工工艺和补强修复后的修复层性能均满足相关标准规范和技术规格书的要求,并成功开展现场实际应用。
The technique of pipeline reinforcement repair with winding tapes has been widely used in onshore pipelines.However,it has not been applied in domestic submarine pipelines because of the special underwater and submarine environment.A submarine pipeline with external corrosion defects was planned to apply the reinforcement repair technique.In order to verify the reliability and feasibility of the reinforcement repair technique with winding tapes for the submarine pipeline,the tests and trials on the key factors affecting the field implementation and application of the technique were performed.The results show that the properties of raw materials,the lapping strength of the adhesive between steel pipe and winding tapes,the underwater construction process,and the performances of the reinforcement repair layer,all meet the requirements of the relevant standards and technical specifications.This underwater reinforcement repair technique with winding tapes has been successfully applied in reality.
