基层站队HSE管理体系优化实践

Optimization Practice of HSE Management System of Grass Roots Stations and Teams

在进行充分现场调研的基础上,对基层站队安全生产管理体系进行优化研究。结合公司现有三基工作、五型班组创建、HSE标准化等活动,对安全、生产、经营等管理活动进行全面梳理,探究了基层站队HSE管理体系的现状,分析了存在的问题及其产生的原因。本着“继承融合,精简优化,统一规范”的原则,以科学安全管理理论为基础,针对具体问题,提出HSE管理体系的优化措施,建立更为完善、高效的HSE管理体系。应用结果表明,该体系减少了繁杂的管理过程,提高了管理效率,取得了良好的效果。

On the basis of full on-site investigation,this paper studies the optimization of the safety production management system of grass-roots stations and teams.Combined with the company's existing three basic work,five-type team building,HSE standardization and other activities,the paper comprehensively combs the safety,production,operation and other management activities,explores the current situation of HSE management system of grass-roots stations and teams,and analyzes the existing problems and their causes.In line with the principle of"inheritance and integration,simplification and optimization,unification and standardization",the optimiza⁃tion measures of HSE management system for specific problems are put forward based on the scientific safety management theory,and a more perfect and efficient HSE management system is established.The practical application shows that the system simplifies the com⁃plicated management process,improves the management efficiency,and a good result is achieved.
