Y管柱旁通隔离技术在机采井气举作业中的应用

摘要 渤海油田许多新投产井下入“Y型”电潜泵生产管柱进行排液,排液结束后许多井转为自喷生产。由于储层压力系数下降快,生产几年后一旦自喷动态平衡破坏很难再次建立自喷生产。以渤26-20井为代表,停喷时测地层压力系数仅为0.34,动管柱修井费用高、工期长且由于压力系数低作业后较难恢复。根据该井管柱特点,设计加工一套封堵Y管柱泵旁通侧通道的工具,通过SIM-PLUS桥塞与设计加工的中通Y堵集成一套工具,从而将Y型生产管柱的电泵旁通通道隔离掉,保证气体从离地层更近的带孔管成为注气点,通过气举成功诱喷使此井恢复自喷。这为此类先期排液自喷井不动管柱诱喷复产提供良好的实践经验。 Many newly put into production wells in Bohai oilfield discharge fluid by running"Y type"electric submersible pump pro⁃duction string.After discharge,many of the wells turn to self blowout wells.Because the reservoir pressure coefficient decreases rapid⁃ly,it is difficult to establish the self blowout production again once the dynamic balance of self blowout is destroyed several years later.Taking well Bo26-20 as an example,the formation pressure coefficient is only 0.34 when the blowout is stopped.The workover by trip⁃ping string is high cost and long construction period,and it is difficult to recover production after operation due to the low pressure coef⁃ficient.According to the characteristics of the well string,a set of tool for isolating the bypass channel of the electric pump of the Y type production string is formed by integrating SIM-PLUS bridge plug with the designed and processed Y plug to ensure that the gas is injected from the perforated pipe closer to the formation,and the self blowout of the well is successfully induced by gas lift,which pro⁃vides a good practical experience for the production recovery of this kind of wells.
