电厂炉底渣替代粉煤灰制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用燃煤电厂炉底渣制备加气混凝土砌块产品,对固体废弃物的综合利用具有重要意义。为研究炉底渣对粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块性能的影响,分别采用0、25%、50%、75%、100%比例的炉底渣替代粉煤灰,制备B06 A3.5规格型号蒸压加气混凝土砌块。研究表明,随着炉底渣替代粉煤灰占比的增加,产品抗压强度和冻后强度逐渐降低,但均满足国家标准要求;为提高炉底渣的利用率和降低生产成本,炉底渣可以实现100%替代粉煤灰生产蒸压加气混凝土砌块。 The use of bottom slag from coal-fired power plants to prepare aerated concrete block products is of great significance to the comprehensive utilization of solid waste.In order to study the effect of bottom slag on the performance of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,0,25%,50%,75% and 100% of bottom slag were used to replace fly ash to prepare B06 A3.5.Specification model autoclaved aerated concrete block.Studies have shown that as the proportion of furnace bottom slag replacing fly ash increases,the compressive strength and strength after freezing of the product gradually decrease,but they all meet the requirements of national standards;in order to increase the utilization rate of furnace bottom slag and reduce production costs,the furnace bottom Slag can replace fly ash 100% to produce autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.
