摘要 24°管路堵头作为管路连接件的一种,可以高效、灵活地实现管路系统组成的调整,在新一代运载火箭上广泛应用。目前堵头设计、生产及应用均按照同类型同规格管接头执行,缺乏对堵头密封性能的具体认知。从管路堵头与管接头的承载能力及密封带宽比对、堵头密封角度差对密封性能的影响两个方面开展分析,得出堵头力矩应在结构强度允许范围内稍高于管接头,以及堵头密封应力、带宽与装配角度差的变化规律,并基于一项堵头气密测试超标实例对堵头安装问题进行研究,提出了改善堵头密封性能的建议。 As kind of pipe connector,the 24 degree pipe plug can efficiently and flexibly adjust the composition of the pipeline system,which is widely used in the new generation of launch vehicles.At present,the design,production and application of pipe plug are all carried out according to the pipe joints with same type and specification.The specific cognition of sealing performance of pipe plug is lucking.By comparing the bearing capacity and sealing bandwidth of pipe plug and pipe joint and analyzing the influence of sealing performance on angular difference,the article concludes that in the range of allowable structural strength,the torque of pipe plug should be slightly higher than that of pipe joint,as well as the changing rule of sealing stress,bandwidth of pipe plug with angular deviation.Some of suggestions are put forward to improve the sealing performance of pipe plug based on an example of a pipe plug air tightness exceeding standard.
