摘要
为了有效地评价航天装备的保障效能,针对航天装备的特点,通过对保障效能影响因素的分析,建立了航天装备保障效能评估的指标体系,包括航天装备设计特性指标和综合特性指标,设计特性指标主要选取可靠性、维修性和测试性相关指标,综合特性指标主要选取使用可用度、战备完好率和能执行任务率。在此基础上,提出了一种基于层次分析法的航天装备保障效能评估方法,能够对影响航天装备保障效能的通用设计特性、保障资源和保障模式等因素进行系统评价,也能够为航天装备改进升级提供参考。
According to the characteristic of space equipment,a space equipment support effectiveness index system is established,including design and synthetic characteristics.Reliability,maintainability,and testability indexes are chosen in the design characteristics.Operational availability,readiness and mission capable rate are chosen in synthetic characteristics.On this basis,an evaluation method based on Analytical Hierarchy Process is put forward.The method can be used for evaluating the factor of support effectiveness,such as general quality attributes,support resource,and support mode,which can be used for supporting the improvement of the space equipment.
