Research on the Rule of Law of Human Gene Therapy in the Context of Precision Medicine

精准医学根据患者的生物学信息及临床症状和体征对患者有针对性地提供量身定制的医疗健康服务。精准医学已经成为我国的一项国家策略。人体基因治疗是精准医学的核心内容。我国人体基因治疗法律制度有待完善。我国人体基因治疗法治要切合六项准则:维护人的尊严、人类基因利益共同体理念、知情同意原则、促进福祉原则、公平与利益分享原则、治理机制建设。

According to the biological information and clinical symptoms and signs of patients,precision medicine provides customized medical and health services for patients.Precision medicine has become a national strategy in China.Human gene therapy is the core of precision medicine.The legal system of human gene therapy in China needs to be improved.The rule of law of human gene therapy in China should conform to six principles:safeguarding human dignity,the concept of human gene interest community,the principle of informed consent,the principle of promoting well-being,the principle of fairness and benefit sharing,and the construction of governance mechanism.
