摘要
近年来,葡萄花油田小规模试验了直接平衡式抽油机,与游梁式抽油机相比,平均单井节电率约为26%,装机功率降幅超过20%,系统效率提高近13%。其节能机理主要源于其简单的结构设计:配重通过皮带与井下负载直接相连,配重与井下负载基本同步运动,同时其电动机属永磁型,无需励磁。同时,其配重及电动机功率的选择可以依据结构示意图进行初步计算,进一步明确了节能机理。
In recent years,the direct balanced pumping unit has been tested on a small scale in Putaohua Oilfield.Compared with beam pumping unit,the average power saving rate of a single well is about 26%,the installed power decreases by more than 20%,and the system efficiency increases by nearly 13%.Its energy saving mechanism mainly comes from its simple structural design:the counterweight is directly connected to the downhole load through the belt,and the counterweight and downhole load basically move synchronously,and its motor is permanent magnet type,without excitation.At the same time,the choice of the counterweight and the power of the motor can be calculated according to the schematic diagram of the structure,which further clarifies the energy-saving mechanism.
