萨北油田注水系统节能技改措施应用效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过注水井向油层注水是保证地层压力提高油藏采收率而被广泛采用的一项重要开发措施,为了保证较长时期内满足油田注水需要,在设计上注水泵的容量造型一般比较大,同时在实际生产中日注水量又总是一个波动较大的参数,特别是在高压注水系统中,原设备又只能定速运行,所以只能靠调节阀门的开度来调节注水量的大小,人为改变了管网的阻力,增加了管网的损耗,造成相当大的一部分能量浪费在阀门上,致使注水单耗居高不下增加了工作量。调节不及时还会造成管网压力过高或过低,流量过大或过小影响生产工艺及设备的安全运行,并且低负荷现象比较普遍。萨北油田节能技改高压变频设备投运后,泵管压差下降效果达到预期,单台设备日节电能力超过预期效果。2019年注水泵高压变频节能措施累计节电量1292.1×10^(4)kWh,年节电费用775.26万元。 By water injection to enhance reservoir recovery and reservoir water flooding is the guarantee formation pressure an important development measures,which is widely used in a long term in order to ensure that meet the requirements of oilfield water injection,the injection pump capacity on design modelling is compared commonly big,in the actual production volume,and always at the same time the parameters of a volatile,especially in the high pressure water injection system.The original equipment can only run at constant speed,so it can only adjust the amount of water injection by adjusting the opening of the valve,which artificially changes the resistance of the pipe network and increases the loss of the pipe network,resulting in a considerable part of the energy wasted on the valve,resulting in high water injection per unit consumption and increased workload.Adjustment is not timely will cause too high or too low pipe network pressure,flow is too large or too small affect the safe operation of production process and equipment,and low load phenomenon is more common.After the high-voltage frequency conversion equipment of energy saving technology was put into operation in Sabei Oilfield,the decrease effect of pressure difference of pump pipe reached the expectation,and the daily power saving ability of single equipment exceeded the expectation.In 2019,the accumulative power saving amount of the high pressure frequency conversion energy saving measures of the water injection pump is 1292.1×10^(4) kWh,and the annual power saving cost is RMB 7.7526 million.
