摘要
为提高输油管道热力计算精度,以输油管道温降残差平方和最小为目标建立了管道总传热系数最优化拟合数学模型,并对某油田站间输油管道不同月份的总传热系数进行了计算。误差分析表明,管道计算温降与实际温降的平均相对误差为2.56%,满足工程要求。在此基础上,优化了该管道不同月份不同输量下的合理出站温度。实例计算表明,优化后的输油温度降低5~12℃,热能损失降低18.2%~37.6%,节能效果显著。
In order to improve the thermodynamic calculation accuracy of the pipeline,the mathematical model of optimizing the overall heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline is established with the goal of minimizing the residual square sum of the temperature drop of the oil pipeline,and the overall heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline between stations in an oil field in different months is calculated.Error analysis indicates that the average relative error between the calculation of temperature drop and the actual temperature drop of the pipe is 2.56%.On this basis,the reasonable outlet temperature under different transmission volumes in different months of the pipeline is optimized.Example calculation shows that the optimized oil transmission temperature is reduced by 5~12℃,and the heat loss is reduced by 18.2~37.6%,the energy saving effect is significant.
