摘要 1临床资料患者男性,11岁,2019年1月因发现右侧额-眼眶部隆起1月余入院,隆起部无压痛、红肿,无视物模糊、视物重影等,无恶心、呕吐、头痛、头晕等。查体右侧额-眼眶部隆起,约3 cm×3 cm,无外伤手术史。MR(图1)示:右侧眼眶外侧壁及上壁见一类圆形肿块,约45 mm×41 mm×48 mm,边界清晰,考虑骨来源的良性肿瘤.
