区块链技术在水产品交易中的应用浅析

摘要 水产品交易中,信息的安全性和可追溯性一直是水产业关注的问题,区块链技术具有去中心化、安全和不可篡改性等优点,是构建水产品交易平台的重要支撑。介绍了区块链技术的发展现状,分析了区块链系统的技术架构和4个重要的核心技术,从水产品交易平台构建、水产品质量安全追溯体系构建和水产品交易中资金安全性保障3个方面分析了区块链技术在水产品交易中的应用,并对区块链技术在未来水产品交易中的发展前景进行了展望,提出了将区块链技术不断渗透到水产品交易的各个环节,从而形成更加透明、安全的水产品交易体系,并注重培养具备区块链技术知识和渔业知识的复合型人才的建议。最后,提出新的加密技术将会是未来的重点研究方向。 The security and traceability of information in aquatic product transactions has always been a concern for the aquatic product industry.With the advantages of decentralization,security and tamper resistance,blockchain technology is an important support for building aquatic product trading platform.This paper introduced the development status of blockchain technology,analyzed the technical architecture of the blockchain system and four important core technologies.The application of blockchain technology in aquatic product transactions was analyzed from three aspects:the construction of aquatic product trading platform,the traceability of aquatic product quality and safety,and security of funds in aquatic product transactions.Meanwhile,the paper also looked forward to the development prospects of blockchain technology in aquatic product transactions in the future.It suggested that blockchain technology should penetrate continuously into all aspects of aquatic product transactions,so as to form a more transparent and safe aquatic product trading system,compound talents with blockchain technology knowledge and fishery knowledge should be cultivated.Finally,it was predicted that new encryption technology would be the potential research hotspots in the future.
