摘要 为获取精冲液压机的实时能耗数据,通过研究液压机在单位工作周期内的能量流动、转化以及耗散过程,建立整机能耗的数学模型。基于LabVIEW,搭建能够实时监测精冲机能耗的平台。仿真结果表明:该平台可实时获取液压系统的能耗数据,为优化液压系统结构和提高能量利用率提供一定的参考。 In order to obtain the real-time energy consumption data of fine blanking hydraulic press,the mathematical model of the whole machine energy consumption was established by studying the energy flow,transformation and dissipation process of the hydraulic press in the unit working cycle.Based on virtual instrument technology,a platform for real-time monitoring the energy consumption of the fine blanking machine was built.The simulation result shows that the real-time data of energy consumption of the hydraulic system can be obtained by using this platform,which provides reference for optimizing the structure and improving the energy utilization ratio of the hydraulic system.
