智能制造是我国实现制造强国的重要途径,而机器视觉技术已成为智能制造系统的核心技术之一。采用文献研究法对近年来机器视觉技术在智能制造领域的主要研究成果与应用情况进行了系统的梳理,详细阐明了机器视觉在智能制造领域的四大应用(引导、检测、测量、识别)及其研究进展;对全球机器视觉产业发展现状进行了详细的阐述与分析;预测了机器视觉技术在智能制造行业的发展方向。研究结果对我国智能制造底层建设、机器视觉的发展有重要意义。

Intelligent manufacturing is an important way for China to become a powerful manufacturing country,and machine vision technology has become one of the core technologies of intelligent manufacturing system.The main research results and applications of machine vision technology in intelligent manufacturing field in recent years were systematically reviewed by using the method of literature research,and the four major applications such as guidance,inspection,gauging and identification and their research progress of machine vision in intelligent manufacturing field were expounded in detail;the current development situation of global machine vision industry was described and analyzed in detail;the development direction of machine vision technology in intelligent manufacturing industry was predicted.The research results has great significance for the development of intelligent manufacturing infrastructure and machine vision in China.
