彩超诊断下肢深静脉血栓的价值探讨

Value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓应用彩色多普勒超声(彩超)进行诊断的临床价值。方法90例下肢深静脉血栓患者,均进行彩色多普勒超声检查及数字减影血管造影检查,观察比较两种检查方法的诊断准确率。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率为97.8%,数字减影血管造影检查诊断准确率为95.6%,彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率略高于数字减影血管造影检查,但对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓具有较高的准确性,其可反复操作,具有安全、无创的特点,值得在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity.Methods 90 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography and digital subtraction angiography.The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was observed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography was 97.8%,and that of digital subtraction angiography was 95.6%.The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography was slightly higher than that of digital subtraction angiography,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has high accuracy in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,and can be operated repeatedly and is safe and non-invasive.It is worthy of application in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
