摘要 普通剑杆织机多采用交流异步电动机,通过离合器驱动主轴,具有维护成本高、运行性能差、机械配置复杂等缺点。为了弥补普通剑杆织机存在的不足和缺陷,文章将开关磁阻电机应用于高速剑杆织机中。首先,针对高速剑杆织机主轴驱动要求以及对电机的要求,提出一种先进、新型的开关磁阻电机;其次,全面分析高速剑杆织机用开关磁阻电机的实验结果和数据;最后,研究开关磁阻电机成功应用的案例。结果表明:在高速剑杆织机中应用开关磁阻电机具有非常重要的意义,不仅可以简化剑杆织机内部的机械结构,还可以提高剑杆织机的加工效率和节能效果,为进一步提升高速剑杆织机的产品档次、满足织机生产需求打下坚实的基础。 Ordinary rapier loom uses AC asynchronous motor to drive the spindle by clutch,which has the disadvantages of high maintenance cost,poor operation performance and complex mechanical configuration.In order to make up the shortcomings and defects of ordinary rapier loom,in this paper,switched reluctance motor is applied in high-speed rapier loom.Firstly,an advanced and new type of switched reluctance motor is proposed to meet the requirements of spindle drive and motor of high-speed rapier loom.Secondly,the experimental results and data of switched reluctance motor for high-speed rapier loom are analyzed.Finally,a successful application case of SRM is studied.The results show that the application of switched reluctance motor in high-speed rapier loom is of great significance,which can not only simplify the internal mechanical structure of rapier loom,but also improve the processing efficiency and energy-saving effect of rapier loom,and lay a solid foundation for improving the product grade of high-speed rapier loom and meeting the production demand of loom.
