细纱机叶子板自动翻转系统速度控制改造

摘要 为解决DTM129细纱机叶子板自动翻转速度过快而导致纱线易脱出导纱钩的问题,对细纱机叶子板自动翻转系统进行了技术改造,在气缸上加装了自主研发的气流调节机构,控制气缸气压。研发成功后,细纱机叶子板翻转速度得到减缓,翻转正常,再无脱钩现象出现,开车断头减少了75%左右,大大提高了生产效率,降低了落纱工的劳动强度。 In order to solve the problem that the automatic turnover speed of the DTM129 spinning frame is too fast and the yarn is easy to fall out of the guide hook,a technical transformation on the automatic turnover system of the of spinning frame was carried out,and a self-developed airflow was installed on the cylinder to control the air pressure of the cylinder.After successful research and development,the turnover speed of the of spinning frame was slowed down,the turnover was normal,and no decoupling occurred.The start-up breakage was reduced by about 75%,which greatly improved the production efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of the doffer.
