加味黄芪防己汤联合外用空气波治疗乳腺癌术后上臂肿痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction combined with external air wave in the treatment of upper arm swelling and pain after breast cancer surgery

目的比较单一外用空气波与加味黄芪防己汤联合外用空气波治疗乳腺癌术后上臂肿痛的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年7月江西省景德镇市第三人民医院收治的60例乳腺癌术后上臂肿痛患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组患者予以单一外用空气波治疗,实验组患儿在对照组治疗基础上联合加味黄芪防己汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的患侧与健侧上肢周径差值、疼痛情况、抑郁情绪改善情况,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前的患侧与健侧上肢周径差值、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的患侧与健侧上肢周径差值小于对照组,VAS评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单一外用空气波治疗相比,采用加味黄芪防己汤联合外用空气波治疗乳腺癌术后上臂肿痛,能够获得更加显著的临床效果,同时还能帮助患者缓解疼痛,减轻抑郁情绪,值得推广和宣传。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of single external air wave and Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction combined with external air wave in the treatment of upper arm swelling and pain after breast cancer surgery.Methods Sixty patients with postoperative upper arm swelling and pain of breast cancer admitted to the Jingdezhen Third People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with single external air wave,and children in the experimental group were treated with Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Before and after treatment,the differences of upper extremity circumference between the affected side and the healthy side,the pain situation and the improvement of depression were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in the differences of upper extremity circumference between the affected side and the healthy side,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the difference of upper extremity circumference between the affected side and the healthy side in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the VAS score and HAMD score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single external application of air wave treatment,the combined application of Jiawei Huangqi Fangji Decoction and external air wave in the treatment of upper arm swelling and pain after breast cancer surgery,can achieve more significant clinical effect,and at the same time can help patients relieve pain and depression,which is worthy of promotion and publicity.
