优化急诊护理流程在抢救急诊胸痛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of optimizing the emergency nursing process in the rescue of emergency patients with chest pain

目的探讨优化急诊护理流程在抢救急诊胸痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取上饶市人民医院2019年6~12月收治的71例急性胸痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为研究Y组(36例)与参照C组(35例)。参照C组采用常规急诊护理流程,研究Y组采用优化急诊护理流程。比较两组的急救时间、住院时间、停留(急诊)时间、评估(分诊)时间、抢救成功率、不良事件发生率。结果研究Y组的急救时间为(26.55±5.22)min、住院时间为(9.54±2.24)d、停留时间为(52.61±9.12)min、评估时间为(2.96±0.69)min,短于参照C组的(38.94±5.97)min、(13.12±2.94)d、(69.47±9.66)min、(4.66±0.85)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究Y组的抢救总成功率为97.22%,高于参照C组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间研究Y组的不良事件总发生率为11.11%,低于参照C组的31.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优化急诊护理流程应用到急性胸痛患者抢救中,可有效缩短患者急救时间、住院时间、停留时间、评估时间,提高患者抢救成功率,降低不良事件发生,有助于改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing the emergency nursing process in the rescue of emergency chest pain patients.Methods A total of 71 patients with acute chest pain admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from June to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group Y(36 cases)and the reference group C(35 cases)according to random lottery method.Reference group C adopted conventional emergency nursing procedures,and study group Y adopted optimized emergency nursing procedures.Terms of emergency time,hospital stay,stay(emergency)time,evaluation(triage)time,rescue success rate,and adverse event rate between two groups were compared.Results Study group Y the emergency time was(26.55±5.22)min,hospitalization time was(9.54±2.24)d,stay time was(52.61±9.12)min,evaluation time was(2.96±0.69)min,shorter than those of the reference group C of(38.94±5.97)min,(13.12±2.94)d,(69.47±9.66)min,(4.66±0.85)min,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Study group Y total composition the power was 97.22%,which was higher than 74.29%in the reference group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the treatment period,the total incidence of adverse events in the study group Y was 11.11%lower than that of the reference group C,31.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying optimized emerency nursing procedures to the rescue of patients with acute chest pain can effectively shorten the patient′s emergency time,hospital stay,stay time,evaluation time,etc.improve the success rate of patient rescue,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and help improve the prognosis.
