心理护理在颅内肿瘤患者围术期的效果

Effect of psychological nursing in perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor

目的探讨心理护理在颅内肿瘤患者围术期中的效果。方法选取2018年10月~2020年1月聊城市第三人民医院收治的68例颅内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)与试验组(34例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组采用心理护理干预方法。比较两组的临床治疗效果、住院时间、焦虑抑郁情绪评分及护理满意度。结果试验组护理后的治疗总有效率及护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后的焦虑抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后的住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颅内肿瘤患者围术期,配合心理护理干预可有效提升患者的护理满意度,缓解患者的心理压力,有利于改善患者病情达到预期治疗效果,有效提升患者的生活质量,在临床有推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor.Methods A total of 68 cases of intracranial tumor patients treated in Liaocheng Third People′s Hospital in Shandong Province from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(34 cases)and the experimental group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the experimental group was given psychological nursing intervention.The clinical treatment effect,hospitalization time,anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group after nursing was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period in patients with intracranial tumor,cooperate psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve patient satisfaction with care,alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,more conducive to improve the patients′condition and the desired therapeutic effect,thus effectively improve the quality of life of patients,in the future clinical work more popularization and application value.
