在林业系统之中,基层林业站作为最基本的构成组织,承载着下达指标、推行政策等诸多任务,尤其是技术指导与推广工作,更是基层林业站的重要工作与基本职责。文章分析了林业技术推广工作中的不足与问题的成因,提出了相应的解决办法与对策,以期为林区建设提供切实的帮助。

In the forest system,the basic forest station is the most basic organization,and takes the tasks such as targets release,policy implementation etc.Particularly,the instruction and implementation of technology are the basic tasks and duties.In this article,it analyzes the defect and the root cause in the forest technology promotion,and carries out the solutions,in order to help forestry zone construction.
