文章对制约农业机械化发展进而影响农民增收的主要因素进行了分析,从提高农业机械化水平促进农民增收方面提出了建议对策,包括进一步在农业机械化方面健全并完善相关的体制机制;加快农机供给侧结构调整;规范农机财政补贴措施;以创新驱动为引领,转变农业机械发展方式;开启农机技能培育通道,大力培养专业技术人才等。

In this article,it analyzes some main factors of the influence of agricultural mechanization development restriction to farmers'income increasing.It carries out some suggestions and solutions on the side of enhancing agricultural mechanization level to increasing farmers'income.It includes that,further improvement of relevant system and mechanism in agricultural mechanization,accelerating structural adjustment of the supply side of agricultural machinery,standardizing government subsidies for agricultural machinery,changing the development mode of agricultural machinery driven by innovation,opening agricultural machinery skills training channels,and training technicists as more as we can.
